US Domestic

Products will be shipped directly from Los Angeles, CA.  Orders placed before 8 AM PST/PDT will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 8 AM PST/PDT will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders placed on Fridays and over the weekend will be processed and shipped on the following Monday.


International Shipping

Skin & Seoul Beauty currently does not offer international shipping.


*Please note we will not be responsible for lost/stolen packages, or returned/delayed packages by the postal service.*


Returns of full-price merchandise must be made within 30 days of your order date. Returned products must be new and unused.

Please email us at hello@skinandseoulbeauty with your order number and “RETURN” in the subject line, and the product(s) you’d like to return in the body of the email. We will issue you a return shipping label.

Only the items specified in the original return request and confirmed by Skin and Seoul Beauty will be refunded. Extra products included in the return package unconfirmed in the return request, especially if from an order outside the return window, will not be refunded.

Only the retail value plus tax paid by the customer will be refunded at the time of return. Any discounts applied to the order will be automatically factored into the amount refunded.

Shipping fees are not eligible for refund.

Within 7 days of our receiving your return, your refund will be processed after an inspection and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Your refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 3-7 business days for the refund credit to post to your account.

Please note return shipping fees are responsibility of the purchaser and the original shipping fees paid are non-refundable. Also, refused shipments will not be refunded.

If your order qualified for free shipping, and you are returning a product for a reason other than it being defective or different from what you actually ordered, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs as well as the original shipping costs that were waived by the free shipping policy.
